Check out this news release. Granted this is most likely a joke, but it may wake up Justice Souter to the danger of his ruling in Kelo vs. City of New London. A developer has sent a letter to an officer of Weare, NH asking that Justice Souter's house be taken by the city and given to him so he can build a hotel on the site. Very entertaining article.
